:: The smells of rice, fish and peas being stirred up to form a meal from left-overs, known as fried rice...
:: Spices firing up our fish curry...
:: Ginseng and herbs bubbling away in little wonder bags that give you soups to chase the sickies away...
:: Beef slowly melting into tomatoes and mushrooms as it simmers the afternoon away...
:: Bread slowly baking to give a golden crust...
:: And the fresh citrusy smell of oranges that lingers on your fingers after you cut them...
What are the favourite smells from your kitchen?
(Have a blessed weekend, my friends!)
The colour of that orange looks really interesting! Is it a special species? Hope J is better now and nourished by your lovingly cooked meals!
