The boy cried when his blood was taken, but calmed down later,
and even let us put a plaster on his bearbear's hand too.

We really want to say a big thank you to everyone for their prayers, kind comments, messages and emails about Junior J. Its really heartwarming to see how concerned everyone is, and reassuring to know that we are parenting a child in a midst of a caring community. We've also been so blessed to have such great PDs looking after the boy, both Dr Oh (his regular PD), and Dr Nancy Tan (who we've been seeing for all his tummy issues) have been amazing doctors.

So anyway, most of the blood test results are out, and have helped us to rule out the big baddies on the list of possibilities, like leukemia. Thank God! However, the boy's haemoglobin is on the low side, so we have to start him on iron supplements. Meanwhile, we'll just have to monitor him and he'll be reviewed again in a month's time. We're just so glad its not cancer! Thanks everyone, once again, and here's wishing you a great weekend!
I look at the plaster and I snif, but I´m so glad he is ok!!!
