Made the "accidental" discovery that distress stains (love the one in vintage photo colour) colour chipboard pieces really nicely... :) |
I liked how this one turned out, though its pretty simple! Again, its made using a CD-Rom as a base (just like this and this one):
Have a blessed weekend!

ReplyDeleteu r so creative lah!

ReplyDeletecan i ask how did u punch the holes thru the cd? (not sure if i've asked in the prev tag post - i think my iphone's FB crashed) and how did u do the background design? thanks!!
Happy Hari Raya to u and family! :D
Juanna and Just Me: Thank you! :)
ReplyDeleteBing: For punching holes, I used the cropadile (you know the eyelet setter thingy that looks like a huge pair of pliers?). Punches through very easily! If you need to punch holes, you're welcome to pop by to use mine ya?
ReplyDeleteAnd for the background, its done using the Pink Paislee's Parisan Anthology ink resist papers... just misted the centre part with glimmer mists (this one I used lime pie and electric blue I think) and dabbed dry with a tissue, then use a sponge with brown distress ink to ink over the whole thing, but avoiding the centre part with the mist. I did use some green distress ink around the centre part though, for some graduation in colour. Hope it helps!
Happy Hari Raya to you & family too! :)
awesome, thanks!!
ReplyDeleteBing: No worries! Just let me know ya? You got my number ma...
