Hello! Just a quick post while dinner is on the stove... A layout to celebrate Junior J turning 30 months (ie 2 and a half years)! Time really flies! This round, I used mainly materials from My Mind's Eye, as well as their sketch. As usual, loads of space to journal all the milestones (its a little booklet, with a sheet of buttons as the cover, and the whole thing is tied shut using a string that loops around the buttons, like how you tie up those manila envelopes...):
The buttons also remind me of how he's now trying to take off his shirts on his own, and the extreme satisfaction he gets snapping off the snap buttons on his jammies! |
A cheerful happy yellow flower, that reminds me of the boy's cheeriness (most of the time that is, unless its temper tantrum time!):
Tabs recycled from the tear-off bits from the patterned papers, that I felt were too nice to throw:
And here's the full layout!
PS: Looking at this LO reminds me of another one I did for my dad, using MME papers with similar colours... splashes of yellow always help to cheer up an LO, don't you think?
PPS: Parents, have you taken part in the Petit Bowl giveaway yet? There are two $25 vouchers to be won!
lovely layout as usual jus! :)
ReplyDeleteBing: Thanks, my dear... :)
ReplyDeleteIt's been long! Congrats on expecting another boy! Jo told me! Do take care of your health and take it real slow. (: I love what you did with the little hidden journal spot. Keep scrapping.
